At Bare Basic Labs we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, if a problem does arise with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.


If a product you have received is broken/damaged or faulty on arrival, you need to contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can organise a refund.

If you have received the wrong product, you need to contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can organise a refund.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind.

We do not issue refunds for any allergies or skin reactions. Bare Basic Labs are not liable for any individual reactions to products or ingredients. Always read the ingredients carefully. All the ingredients that are contained in a product are listed on the webpage corresponding to that product. They are also listed on the product label. In the case of sample sized products where all the information such as ingredients are not listed, refer to the accompanying information sheet and our website.
